By using the ChatShape Plugin, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

a. You shall not modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or reverse engineer the Plugin or any part thereof without prior written consent from the Company.

2. Proper Use

a. You agree not to abuse the ChatShape Plugin or the underlying ChatGPT API. Abuse includes but is not limited to:

- Sending excessive or unreasonable numbers of requests.

- Using the Plugin for illegal, harmful, or malicious activities.

- Generating or sharing content that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

- Engaging in spamming, phishing, or any other form of unauthorized solicitation.

b. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Plugin if it determines, in good faith, that you have violated these Terms.

3. Availability

a. The Company strives to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, you acknowledge and agree that 100% availability of the Plugin cannot be guaranteed.

b. The Company may perform maintenance, updates, or other necessary actions that could temporarily affect the availability of the Plugin. The Company will make reasonable efforts to minimize any disruptions and provide prior notice whenever possible.
